Hey I’m Patrick. I have been a chef for fourteen years, working in some of the best Michelin star restaurants all over the world. But now, I am on a mission to bring you the very best, most tasty, plant-based street food.

When I’m not in the trailer, you’ll find me hiking up mountains, watching Chelsea or Forest Green Rovers, listening to Talk Sport (mainly to annoy Hana), wresting Tavish and looking at new foodie places to visit to give me a little break from cooking.

I am an Irish Boy, brought up in Northampton, with a London accent and I love a chat, so please say hey!

Co-Founder, Head of Marketing and Communications

Hi! I have been vegan for over 11 years and vegetarian for eight years before that. I have been working in marketing for vegan companies for ten years, and I have turned my social media and marketing tekkers to No Frickin Chicken. If you’re talking to one of us online, it’s probably me, ‘HI!’

When I am not NFC-ing, I’ll either be running with Worcester Vegan Runners, at the Gym, teaching Spin classes, walking our doggo, listening to punk and rock music, watching Gilmore Girls or listening to Crime Podcasts. I NEVER STOP. Thanks to ADHD.

I’m a proud Dudley girl through and through, and moved to Worcester for University and it quickly became my home.

    I am Tavish Dog, I am two and have been vegan since birth and I am very good at eating fries when they drop on the floor.

    I enjoy running with Mummy and wrestling with Daddy, and I am good at cuddles when they are stressed.

    Most people think I am a dog, but I am actually ‘Mummy’s little baby angel’ or at least that’s what she calls me!

    Hey, I'm Jess!! I have been vegetarian for nearly 5 years, and I'm absolutely obsessed with the vegan cheesecake made by our chef Paddy!!! I'm a newbie to NFC, and I can honestly say I love every bit of it!! (Tavish more than anything obviously!)

    When I'm not working at NFC, I'll either be getting stuck into photography, binge watching Friends, listening to Sam Fender and Coldplay on repeat, drinking too much coffee, watching the football, or getting a new tattoo!

    I love to meet new people and have a laugh, so when you're around, don't forget to say hey!

    Hello I’m Leo, I’m non-binary and I've been vegan for 6 years and vegetarian my whole life before that!

    I spend most of my time with my seven feathery chicken children whom I absolutely adore so if you need any random interesting chicken facts then you know who to come to!

    I play drum kit, like to crochet and spend a whole lotta time in nature and I have experience surveying and managing a rewilding area.

    I am also a climate activist fighting to protect our planet for current and future generations of humans, other animals and plants.

    Hey, my name is Sophie. I am new here at NFC but I am really enjoying getting to know the team and becoming an NFC fam.

    I wish to help people in my lifetime, if for now that means giving you all delicious food and helping your NFC hungry belly’s… that’s fine by me!!

    I love to spend my free time singing, cuddling my cat (Minnie) and meeting all the donkeys in the world! I can’t wait to meet you all!!

    Hi! I am Taylor, known to Hana as TayTay and to Paddy as Tay-tor-tots!… Which I hate! Haha.

    I am Vegan and have been for 9 years!

    I am a member of Vegan Runners, I love trail and ultra running. When I am not running, you’ll find me at my allotment.

    PS. I love hummus!

    Hey, I am Ajay! I’m Vegan and mainly help out the NFC team at Festivals, but you may see me in the Diner now and then too.

    I am also Tavish’s favourite Aunty, a job I take very seriously!

    I run with Hana and Worcester Vegan Runners, I love doing aerial hoop , when I have hair, I dye it crazy cool colours, but at the moment I am a skin head - and I love it! I am always up for live music, so I can’t wait for festivals this year!

    Heyylo! I am Jack, I am Veggie and I help out NFC at Markets, Festivals and now and then you’ll see me at the Diner.

    I am a big fan of football, Arsenal is my team, but you’ll find me with Paddy at a Forest Green Rover matches too!

    I like getting arty and creating cool pictures of my cat!

    Finally, and most importantly, I am the creator of the NFC hand sign, as you can see in my picture, I am obviously the coolest cat around!
