One Autumn day we (Paddy & Hana) were celebrating our one year anniversary with a foodie day out in Bristol.
We noticed an advert for KFC. Disgusted by the advert… Paddy voiced a thought out loud…
“how about if I made vegan chicken, that tastes delicious and is cruelty free... We could even call it... 'No Frickin Chicken!'“
This idea really sparked something in our heads, Paddy was a Chef, with 12 years of experience in fine dining and he was looking to start his own business after the pandemic. Hana had a background in FMCG and food Marketing. They realised that between the two of them this could really work…
The idea really began to snowball, with thoughts of meal deal, shake ideas, funny slogans & incredible festivals... World domination?
Three years in to leaving the dream. We decided to open a Diner in our home town of Worcester! Don’t worry, we are still in our American Style Trailer, travelling EVERYWHERE… We never stop!
We love our hometown of Worcester, and could not wait to make this our permanent spot. You can find us in St Johns, just outside of the city centre.
The Diner offers a wider menu, indoor seating, coffee, alcohol and so much more than what we are able to do in the our Trailer.
Luckily, with Paddy’s background and many years of experience. His keen attitude, passion to find the perfect taste and drive to make this idea a reality, brings us to the NFC Trailer...
No Frickin Chicken started as an American style foodie trailer, serving delicious vegan fried chicken and burgers. Rocking up at Festivals, Food Markets, High Streets and Events! We offer you high quality street food out of our trailer, that tastes and looks delicious.
We are so proud of what we have created; the Trailer, the Diner our fantastic team of workers as well as the customers that have become family.
We are a small, independent business, just the two of us, supported by our fabulous team, family and friends. We cannot wait to meet you and feed your faces!
We have many gluten free options, so no one misses out. And it doesn’t stop at ‘chicken’ pieces and burgers, we have baos, loaded fries, mac & cheeze, whippy ice cream, desserts and shakes.
To top this off, we care about the planet just as much as we care about animals, so we are trying our best to be zero waste and all our cutlery is recyclable or biodegradable.
