He's competed in the UK Barista Championships, sat on the South West Coffee Guide committee, featured in '30 under 30 to watch in the coffee industry,' and even graced BBC radio with his coffee wisdom.

In Callum's words, "Supporting new openings is being a consultant, not just on building a fantastic menu but also on what equipment you need, how to set up your space, and where to place it all for maximum efficiency." He's not just about making great coffee; he's about creating an entire coffee experience.

Barista Training Extravaganza

Meet the team of NFC Baristas - Jess, Leo and Ramona. Our team's journey with Fire & Flow wasn't just about making a good cup of coffee; it was about crafting an exceptional experience. The training programs, draw on their extensive experience of training hundreds of baristas. It's not just about technique; it's about getting the best out of the team, the equipment, and the space.

From the perfect espresso pour to the artistry of latte creations, Jess, Leo, Ramona and I (Hana) delved into the nuances of coffee making.
